Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MoltAIgent platform and associated services provided by Molt AI Corp ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

MoltAIgent is an AI-powered operational platform that extends your ability to execute tasks across multiple domains. The platform acts as an instrument of your direction — it executes actions you authorize using credentials and access you provide.

2. Account and Access

• Access to MoltAIgent is by invitation only during our initial onboarding period.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and access tokens.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your agent, as the agent acts as an extension of your own operational authority.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MoltAIgent to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Engage in unauthorized access to systems or data
• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Misrepresent the source or nature of communications sent through the platform

4. Intellectual Property

Molt AI Corp retains all rights to the MoltAIgent platform, including its software, documentation, and branding. Your data remains yours — we claim no ownership of information you provide to or generate through the platform.

5. Agent Actions and Responsibility

MoltAIgent executes actions based on your instructions using credentials and access you configure. You acknowledge that:

• The agent acts as your instrument — actions it takes are attributed to you.
• You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the boundaries within which the agent operates.
• High-stakes actions (as defined by your configuration) require your explicit confirmation before execution.
• While we implement robust technical controls to ensure faithful execution, no software system is infallible. We are not liable for unintended outcomes resulting from AI inference limitations.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOLT AI CORP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Molt AI Corp in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved. The platform does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Molt AI Corp from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend access immediately if we reasonably believe your use violates these Terms or applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
